Job Summary
Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community by troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems. Develop strong rapport with residents to resolve general maintenance issues involving appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, and drywall in a timely manner. Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant units for leasing and maintain property curb appeal. Perform duties Monday through Friday on a day shift with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
- General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry
- CPO certification
- Fair housing training
- Ability to be on call
Desired Qualifications
- CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification
