Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property, responding to work orders within 24 hours, completing make-ready process for vacant apartments, and maintaining accurate paperwork for service requests. Requires HVAC certification, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills, irrigation knowledge, and prior experience in multi-family housing.
