Required Qualifications

- Valid CA driver's license required
- Position will participate in the DMV Pull Notice System

- Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues across multiple trades
- Experience with building systems, life safety, and preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to read and write in English
- All skill assessments for Level I must be passed at 100%
