Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for ongoing residential property upkeep, executing routine and preventive maintenance, handling work orders, light carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing, and HVAC tasks. Requires 4+ years in property maintenance (residential or hospitality), and certifications such as EPA, CPO, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing. Maintains safety standards, communicates effectively with residents, and supports clubhouse/pool areas. Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license; on-call hours are required. Works full-time Monday–Friday with occasional on-call, operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and may drive company or personal vehicle to property sites. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in property maintenance, residential or hospitality setting
- Technical degree or certifications preferred (HVAC, EPA, CPO, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned vehicles or own vehicle for work
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
- Prior experience with HVAC systems maintenance
- Experience with light carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
- Safety-focused and customer/resident service oriented
