Maintenance Technician II

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, electrical panels, pool systems, and general plumbing while performing carpentry and motor control work. Conduct apartment inspections for structural cracks, excessive wear, and faulty parts, reporting findings to the on-site Maintenance Supervisor. Manage inventory and shop maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service to residents by establishing rapport and handling inquiries promptly.
