Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II needed to support residential communities across Southwest Washington and the Portland Metro area. Responsibilities include completing service requests and work orders, performing unit turns and make-ready projects (painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, appliance replacement), troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and building components, conducting property surveys to identify deficiencies and safety concerns, maintaining exteriors and common areas, responding to emergency maintenance and on-call rotations, and maintaining accurate records. Must diagnose issues, work independently, deliver strong customer service, and adhere to safety/OSHA policies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential property maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction trades, or related experience
