Job Summary
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment and machinery to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations. Diagnoses problems, recommends solutions, and performs mechanical calibrations and alignments on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Conducts preventative maintenance on multiple production systems, tests and modifies operational machinery, and accurately completes daily maintenance reports. Maintain a clean work environment, conserve resources, and adhere to safety policies by reporting hazards and unsafe conditions. This full-time second-shift role runs Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM with potential overtime, requiring two to five years of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance technology.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree, Military, or Civilian Equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology
- Two to five years related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to quickly shift priorities as needed
- Able to work from verbal and written instructions
- Functional near, far and peripheral vision
- Functional hearing
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
- Ability to work second shift (Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM)
- Ability to work overtime based on operational needs
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
