Maintenance Technician II

Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager with various tasks, respond to automated emergency calls per company policy, and participate in the ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance program. Manage overall maintenance programs for the apartment community under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Requires A/C Certification Type II or Universal, valid driver's license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call rotation.
