Job Summary
Perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager with various community tasks and participate in the ongoing preservation and preventive maintenance program. Respond to automated emergency calls and assist with resident functions as needed. Requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Certification Type II or Universal, and a valid driver's license. Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call rotation.
