Job Summary
Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager with community tasks, respond to automated emergency calls, and execute preventative maintenance repairs within the ongoing community preservation plan. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support these responsibilities. Work a flexible schedule including on-call rotations. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
- A/C Certification Type II or Universal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call
