Maintenance Technician II

Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while responding to automated emergency service calls. Assist the Service Manager with community tasks and ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Execute preventative maintenance repairs and participate in the ongoing community preservation plan to maintain property standards. This role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Certification Type II or Universal, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call shifts.
