Maintenance Technician II

Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while responding to automated emergency service calls. Assist the Service Manager with community needs, ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely, and execute preventative maintenance repairs. Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. Requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule with on-call rotation.
