Maintenance Technician II

Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager with community needs, execute preventative maintenance repairs, and respond to automated emergency calls per company policy. Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. Assist with resident functions as required. This role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with on-call rotations. Located at Simms Creek in Overlooke.
