Job Summary
Perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties while ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Assist the Service Manager with community tasks, respond to automated emergency calls, and execute preventative maintenance repairs within the ongoing community preservation plan. Maintain resident functions and direct overall maintenance programs as required. Requires A/C Certification Type II or Universal, valid driver's license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule with on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
- A/C Certification Type II or Universal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call
