Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, responding to resident service requests and completing work orders in a timely manner. Maintain the property's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure longevity. Complete turnovers for new residents and uphold a safe, clean work environment with excellent customer service. Requires HVAC certification, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and 1+ years of apartment industry experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in the apartment industry
- Must be HVAC certified and have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical issues
- Knowledge of apartment turnover procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Predictable and regular attendance and ability to report to work on time are required
