Job Summary
Respond to service requests, conduct property walks and equipment audits, and perform apartment turnovers including cleaning, painting, and repairs. Safely operate hand and power tools while maintaining property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Assist with preventative maintenance programs, snow removal, and minor repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. Work overtime, weekends, and the emergency on-call rotation as dictated by business needs. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policies while communicating timelines and priorities with the management team.

- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Plumbing (water heaters, drain clearing, fixture repair and replacement)
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Minor electrical repairs
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Appliance repair
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Drywall preparation and repair, painting, and basic carpentry
- General understanding of building systems, including fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and central mechanical/HVAC systems
- Understanding of and ability to assist with work order management and apartment make-ready processes
- Ability to learn and effectively navigate assigned maintenance applications and related technologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb
- Ability to bend
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to stand for extended periods
