Job Summary

Maintenance Technician II responsible for coordinating and implementing maintenance work for equipment, fixtures, and facilities at assigned retail stores or retail support sites. Responsibilities include project and change management, problem solving, applying fundamental technical skills, community engagement for Goodwill, performing repairs with hand tools, reading blueprints and building codes, assessing facilities conditions, using CMMS for maintenance workflows, providing facilities guidance to staff, completing work orders and preventive maintenance, conducting monthly site inspections, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving reliable results and customer-focused service.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of college education or experience equivalency
  • Valid driver's license
  • Work varied schedule and flexible hours
