Maintenance Technician II-Full Time

Job Summary
Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery and equipment including HVAC and refrigeration systems; performs preventive maintenance, reads building blueprints, and uses HVAC/R test equipment. Coordinates with the Director of Plant Operation on scheduling refurbishing of cottages/apartments and daily work orders; diagnoses issues by listening to equipment and reviewing readings; may operate welding equipment and fabricate/repair components; ensures proper purchasing of refrigerants using company procedures; CPR certification required within 30 days. Requires high school diploma or GED with Level II HVAC&R Technician certification; a two-year degree in mechanical systems or refrigeration maintenance is preferred.
Required Qualifications
