Job Summary
Repair and maintain all facets of lock and key replacement, including weather stripping, doors, windows, and locks. Perform interior wall and door repairs, handle electrical work on fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches, and service HVAC systems by changing filters, checking coils, and cleaning or repairing units. Conduct annual unit inspections and ensure unit turnovers are completed within five days. This onsite role covers a 3-bedroom/1-bath unit in Turina and Riviera, with float availability to other properties as needed. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.62 to $31.62.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma/GED/equivalent
- Valid DL
- Clean DMV record
- Reliable Transportation
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing
- Knowledge and Skills in Electrical
- Knowledge and Skills in General Maintenance
- CADL
- HVAC Certification
- Satisfactory completion of background check
- Satisfactory completion of drug testing
