Maintenance Technician II

Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC. Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs. Implement and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with regulations (ergonomic, emergency response and injury prevention). Keep detailed records and reports. Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members. Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs. Contribute to an exceptional guest experience by delivering courteous, friendly service.
