Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. Responsibilities include completing work requests and preventative maintenance across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, generators, fire alarms, low voltage systems, pools, valves, fixtures, locks); inspecting systems for safety and cleanliness; using hand and power tools; maintaining equipment in safe working condition; assisting with event set-ups and on-call duties; troubleshooting equipment issues; and expanding trade knowledge while collaborating with a team to ensure resident and staff safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and Certifications in applicable field
- 1+ Years Experience in maintenance or related field
