Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician II at The Davis Community is responsible for maintaining and improving facility equipment and structures with a focus on safety and comfort for residents. Requires technical skills and at least 2 years of experience in maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance
- Working knowledge of OSHA, Life Safety, State and Federal codes pertaining to healthcare facilities
- Hands on experience in repairing structures and equipment associated with healthcare facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or Trade School Certification
- Certified Pool Tech or ability to obtain
Additional Requirements
