Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for diagnosing and completing routine to moderately complex maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems; perform preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, respond to resident service requests with professionalism, participate in on-call rotation, coordinate with vendors, and support less experienced team members while adhering to safety procedures and OSHA standards. Requires minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, working knowledge of building systems, and a valid driver’s license; on-site role in Williamsburg, VA with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
