Job Summary
Respond to maintenance reports and complete tasks across mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general disciplines. Order supplies, pressure wash sidewalks and pool decks, install and repair signs, and maintain work order records on an iPad. Clean and service company tools, conduct equipment tests, and ensure operations follow safety policies. Work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour emergency on-call. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Class B CDL
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools and measuring devices
- Ability to follow the manual & operating instructions
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet
- Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations
- Ability to communicate clearly & professionally
- Ability to contribute to a positive internal & external customer experience
- Ability to help others
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
- Ability to pay attention to detail
