Job Summary
CRMG seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician II for property management roles in commercial and residential settings. The role requires maintenance duties including repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial tasks. Candidates must have relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- One year in the Maintenance Technician I position or Two years of previous experience as a maintenance technician
- Janitorial experience
- Motivation and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions working alone or in a team
- Available for after-hours emergencies
- Reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools
- Possess current and valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to read, write and understand written and verbal communications
- Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of landscaping
- Intermediate knowledge of pool maintenance
- Intermediate knowledge of electrical work
- Intermediate knowledge of plumbing
- Intermediate knowledge of carpentry
- Knowledge of appliance repair
- Knowledge of painting
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repairs
- Knowledge of installation and repair of flooring
- Experience operating a pressure washer
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Knowledge of janitorial equipment
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to handle chemicals with attention to safety rules
