Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance tasks, building inspections, and equipment repairs for a 24/7/365 facility managing clean room manufacturing and office spaces. Troubleshoot electrical systems using power meters, repair lighting and plumbing components, and maintain life safety equipment including fire protection systems and emergency lighting. Execute monthly preventive maintenance programs to protect equipment value and extend operational life while ensuring ProMed's brand and procedures are properly implemented. Participate in project planning and hazardous waste handling as needed. Available for on-call rotation and scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or approved GED
- 2 year technical degree plus a minimum of 3 years' experience demonstrating a high mechanical aptitude
- minimum of 5 years' experience in applicable field
- working knowledge of the following skills: use of hand and power tools
- plumbing/pipefitting
- electrical work
- carpentry work
- blueprint reading
- mathematics
- facility equipment operation
- Self-starter with a proven ability to successfully work with minimal supervision
- ability to work in a collaborative / safety conscious environment
- valid state driver's license
- Must be available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled
