Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II is a full-time role responsible for responding to and repairing property issues identified by residents within the branch city market. Duties include scheduling daily tasks, communicating arrival times, completing maintenance within SLA turnaround times, performing plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, and external repairs, documenting work with before/after photos, tracking supplies, rekeying properties, and supporting move-in audits. Requires HS Diploma or GED, 2-3 years of maintenance experience (minimum 1 year in maintenance with single-family or multi-family property management), valid driver's license, and being at least 21 years old. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential; travel to properties is expected.
