Job Summary
Conduct daily repair and upkeep of the property, responding to work orders within 24 hours. Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing. Track inventory used and notify the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs. Finish paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion to ensure service requests are documented and tracked. Maintain HVAC certification and apply electrical, plumbing, and irrigation troubleshooting skills. Operate under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager at the 285-unit Domain at Founders Parc in Euless, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- HVAC Certified
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
- Background & drug screening
