Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the property’s facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure a safe and fully functional environment for guests. Responsibilities include responding to guest room maintenance calls, acting as a member of the Emergency Response Team, performing light plumbing and electrical work, reporting fire and health hazards, maintaining the Daily Activity Maintenance logs, assisting guests with hotel facilities, and adhering to safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Maintenance role required
- Must have electrical, plumbing and basic maintenance skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently
