Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II at Holland Partner Group conducts a broad range of property maintenance duties to keep units and common areas in top condition, including painting vacant units, completing unit turns, maintaining inventories, completing service requests, following preventative maintenance programs, performing safety inspections, and delivering strong resident/customer service while adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year previous experience in property management maintenance
- Six months experience working at Holland in a Maintenance capacity may be considered in lieu of one year industry experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity reasons
