Job Summary
Residential Maintenance Technician II responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs on a multifamily property, addressing work orders to prevent issues, performing light carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and HVAC tasks. Requires 4+ years of experience in property maintenance or hospitality, EPA/CPO/HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical certifications or related degrees, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with occasional on-call hours; duties include engaging with residents to maintain safe, well-kept amenities such as the pool and clubhouse, and ensuring safety and compliance for the team and residents. Monday–Friday full-time with potential on-call and weekend scheduling; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in property maintenance or hospitality
- Technical degree or relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred
- Own tools required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred
