Job Summary
Diagnose, disassemble, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment while executing scheduled preventative maintenance programs on production machinery and utility systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, including motor controls, relays, and basic PLCs, and support general facility upkeep such as plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs. Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and LOTO protocols, and accurately log all maintenance activities, parts tracking, and work orders within the CMMS. Requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. 3rd shift rotation (9:00pm–6am) with a two-week training period on 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Demonstrated expertise with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic meters
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in tight or elevated spaces
- Valid specialized certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA, electrical, or forklift operations)
- Shift 9:00pm - 6am
