Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II needed to repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment in an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include servicing washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers; performing preventive/predictive maintenance; welding (MIG, TIG, ARC); boiler chemical testing; addressing safety concerns; housekeeping; maintaining inventory and maintenance records; coordinating work by inside/outside service teams; responding to emergency alarms; and mentoring Maintenance Technician I partners.
