Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and electrical systems; perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement across the facility. Provide equipment maintenance, interventions, and repairs; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment; support operators around machine overall equipment reliability; assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers; respond to equipment breakdowns promptly; maintain clear work records and reports; adhere to safety standards and quality protocols to ensure production exceeds standards; operate in a plant environment with exposure to chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures; travel to nearby locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, and/or equivalent military experience
- Intermediate Proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, Welding and Rigging
- Must be able to demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months of hire
