Job Summary
Join WinnCompanies as a Maintenance Technician II responsible for performing maintenance functions across rental units, common areas, and grounds. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing issues related to appliances, carpentry, and basic electrical/plumbing. You will also handle service requests, maintain grounds, and ensure properties are market-ready. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a general knowledge of maintenance trades, and a valid driver's license. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills while providing availability for on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
- Experience with boilers and chiller systems
- Basic familiarity with computers and tablets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- CAMT certification
- Experience with hand power tools
