Job Summary
Maintenance Tech I responsible for general facility maintenance and guest-ready units, including service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry), make-ready unit maintenance, and landscape work. Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, adhere to safety programs, and collaborate with team to ensure units and buildings are in excellent condition.
