Maintenance Technician I

Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing make-readies, including move-out/move-in inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally and timely while conducting scheduled preventive maintenance with accurate records. Assist in maintaining community cleanliness by ensuring grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas remain debris-free. Utilize safety measures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
