Job Summary
Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing make-readies, including move-out/move-in inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally and timely while conducting scheduled preventive maintenance with accurate records. Assist in maintaining community cleanliness by ensuring grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas remain debris-free. Utilize safety measures to maintain a hazard-free work environment. This role supports Waterton's mission to provide a great place to live through exceptional resident service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar (i.e. commercial retail or other residential)
