Job Summary
Prepare apartments for occupancy by conducting make-readies, including move-out/move-in inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Complete resident service requests and repairs while performing scheduled preventive maintenance with accurate record-keeping. Assist in maintaining community cleanliness by ensuring grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas remain free from debris. Utilize safety measures to maintain a hazard-free environment. Work full-time hours with an on-call stipend and BYOD allowance. Join a team dedicated to providing a great place to live for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar (i.e. commercial retail or other residential)
