Job Summary
Troubleshoot and maintain Kauffman, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs, Ladder Logic, vacuum pumps, and battery-changing equipment. Perform quarterly, bi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance inspections on stretch wrappers, compactors, and other power industrial equipment. Repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components including motors, conveyors, and air compressors. Adjust and replace AC and DC electrical equipment, install networking lines, and support robotics, AGVs, and material handling innovations. Use welding equipment and basic machine shop tools for fabrication tasks. Shift runs 8am-4:30pm Tuesday through Saturday with pay of $35-$40/hr. Candidates must bring basic hand tools and a multimeter daily; forklift and scissor lift experience is a plus. This role supports KLS Logistics' warehouse and packaging operations as part of the world's largest logistics company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable in a Fridge/Freezer Environment
- Minimum of 2 years Maintenance Technician Experience in HVAC
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Basic Hand Tools
- Multimeter
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Trade School Certifications
- MHE Certifications
- 1+ years of experience MHE repair and maintenance
- 1+ years of experience in a production environment
- 1+ years of experience as Industrial Mechanic or like role

- Other Maintenance experience
- Forklift and Scissor Lift Experience
- RETA CARO or CIRO certifications
- Experience in the operation of high speed packaging equipment
