Job Summary
Conduct installations, repairs, and troubleshooting for minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and vehicle maintenance at organizational facilities and client homes. Perform snow removal, landscaping, painting, and appliance repairs while making necessary equipment purchases. Complete applicable documentation, attend scheduled shifts and trainings, and communicate relevant information among co-workers and supervisors. Adhere to organizational policies, safety procedures, and vehicle transportation laws while respecting neighbors, vendors, and individuals served.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D
- six months of related work experience
- Reasoning ability to solve practical problems
