Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance, repairs, floor care, landscaping, and snow removal to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and water systems, including monitoring pool chemistry. Troubleshoot and service fire safety systems, generators, sprinkler systems, and alarm panels to ensure Life Safety Code compliance. Manage equipment efficiently with a rotating on-call requirement. Requires a Minnesota Boiler Operator's License, strong mechanical knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, 80-hour schedule from 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minnesota Boiler Operator's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical capability to perform essential job functions
- On Call requirement on a rotating basis

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
