Job Summary
Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs on vacant rental units at Nohona Hale, including toilet and faucet fixes, light switch replacements, and circuit breaker checks. Perform painting preparation, sanding, and color matching for interior units and common areas. Execute lock replacements, screen door repairs, and sheetrock work while detailing turnover units to completion within five days. Assist with laundry room and office area maintenance as needed. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.95 to $30.40.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 1+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance Experience
- Knowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance
- CADL
- Clean DMV record
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass drug testing
