Job Summary
Partner with Capital Project Delivery and Site Operations to support plant start-up, commissioning, and qualification of equipment across manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and other areas. Develop, write, and implement maintenance program documentation including SOPs, work orders, job plans, and hazard risk assessments. Perform intermediate installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of process and utility equipment while ensuring safety and compliance with GMP standards. Complete quality and safety documentation, communicate work status to operators and stakeholders, and review maintenance reports and plans. Identify workflow interrupters, recommend solutions, and represent the Maintenance team in discussions with management and peers. Work on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays to provide facility and manufacturing support.
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED
- 1 year of Maintenance work
- military experience
- Associate's degree

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working in a highly regulated function – cGMP
- Experience executing and documenting maintenance work orders in a computerized maintenance management system
- Ability to interpret P&ID's
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and status of tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to interact constructively with peers
- Works well in teams
- Utilizes science-based collaboration to drive continuous improvements
- Has an understanding and utilizes World Class Maintenance initiatives to deliver positive outcomes
- Works effectively with others who have different perspectives, backgrounds and/or styles
- A leader in safety, quality, and compliance
