Job Summary
Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site by performing routine maintenance work, minor repairs on furniture and HVAC systems, and exterior clean-up duties including trash removal, sweeping, and snow shoveling. Keep tools and equipment in good working condition while following safe operating procedures and safety health protocols. Actively participate in support of all safety activities and deliver supplies as assigned. May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate. This day-to-day work involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds in environments with moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 2 years of experience
- Safe drivers
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff, management and customers
- Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb
- Medium strength
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
- Close, distance and color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications

- Previous custodial experience preferred
