Maintenance Technician I

Maintenance Technician I on-site at a multifamily community. Responsibilities include maintenance and repairs of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry; replacing flooring, locks, fixtures, and painting interiors/exteriors; preparing units for new residents and conducting move-in/move-out inspections; performing preventative maintenance on equipment; cleaning common areas; assisting with landscaping and exterior repairs; and being available for after-hours on-call emergencies. Works with the property team to uphold standards and policies; role supports resident education and maintains a professional attitude. Requires on-site schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) with potential on-call emergencies; background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required.
