Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I responsible for day-to-day and overall on-site maintenance of the apartment community, performing light repairs on appliances, electrical fixtures, plumbing, painting and carpentry, custodial tasks, grounds upkeep, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance; maintains records, supports resident relations, and collaborates with the team; requires transportation, and willingness to work on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site role reporting to Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor; full-time with possible varied weekly schedule.
