Maintenance Technician I on-site at an apartment community, responsible for the day-to-day upkeep including fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and flooring; performing apartment turnover and inspections; conducting preventative maintenance; assisting with cleaning common areas and grounds; handling light pest control; being available for after-hours emergencies; and collaborating with the property team to maintain a well-kept community and adhere to company policies. The role includes on-call duties, a Sunday-Thursday schedule, and eligibility for a benefits package and potential bonuses.
