Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I performs basic maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and preventative maintenance with supervision to develop foundational skills; maintains tools and materials, logs (generator, fire extinguisher, utilities, etc.), adheres to OSHA and Safety/Risk Management policies, supports quality/performance improvement, and communicates with senior staff. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Florida driver’s license; position is full-time with travel between clinic locations, and may require on-call and irregular schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Full-time availability with potential on-call and irregular schedules
