Maintenance Technician I Install - Indirect

Entry-level Maintenance Technician I performs machine setup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines under supervision; responsibilities include locating problems with mechanical/electrical devices, inspecting parts with calipers and micrometers, fabricating repair parts, maintaining inventories, documenting trends, and supporting on-site service; may assist with warranty issues, drive to other facilities, load/unload trucks, and maintain tool/truck cleanliness. Requires basic technical knowledge, use of hand and power tools, and adherence to safety practices. High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent, plus a valid driver’s license; work in an in-person, hourly-paid role at the Houston, TX site.
