Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I responsible for the maintenance and repair of Insight facilities, ensuring overall safety of the work environment. Duties include general building maintenance and repairs (exterior/interior wall painting, minor electrical/plumbing repairs, dismantling/assembly of modular workstations, carpentry, upgrading building components), maintaining facility appearance, acting as backup to related roles, providing building security, daily building closure and alarm activation, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and handling deliveries between Insight facilities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED plus one to two years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Capable of working at heights with ladders/powered lifts/scaffolding
- Computer literate with working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with good verbal & written communication skills
